Implementation of the measures determined by the legislation in force on AML/CTF and the internal rules of the Company in the relevant field;
Conducting regular trainings and periodically instructing the Company's employees on AML/CTF;
Responding to inquiries sent by the company's partners (investment companies, commercial and custodian banks) on AML/CTF;
Preparation of proposals for improvement of the Company's activities on AML/CTF;
Legal obligations in contracts concluded with customers, partners and suppliers of the company;
Responding to inquiries and questions related to the legal aspects of the company's activities;
Conducting research on the compliance of new investment products and services with the applicable legislation.

Education: Bachelor's / Master's education in the field of law;
Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the field of finance, at least 1 years of work experience in the field of compliance;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel;
Communication skills;
Certifications in the field of compliance;
English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (desirable).
