  • Bring together data and insights from all functions and from Platform Services (including industry and competitive trends) and drive detailed analytics to support Strategic Insights and Analysis Manager in insight synthetization to inform Operating Unit strategic priority identification and decision making, ensuring data transparency and quality
  • Interfacing with Platform Services(PS) & functions to steer data & analytics agenda and quality to address key strategic Operating Unit decisions
  • Lead less complex where to play and how to win streams, driving communication tool design (Alteryx, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Support Strategic Insights and Analysis Manager to ensure delivery of performance reporting, coordinating with Platform Services and Finance
  • Support Strategy Senior Managers in driving commercial and business insights to feed into commercial strategy development and in bringing together competitive insights to inform competitive plans across local markets
  • Support Strategy Senior Managers in driving commercial and business insights to feed into commercial strategy development
  • Support Franchise Strategy leads by helping them drive and integrate insights across multiple data points to enable Franchise plans and actions. Answer key business questions.
  • Creating top country quarterly diagnostics ad-hoc studies which are in line with the regional selected plans.
  • Connecting insights to estimate the impact of trends on; Shopper landscape and opportunities, Consumer landscape and opportunities for Proactive agenda setting

  • +7 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, PMO, among others
