- The main purpose of Sourcing Senior Specialist is improvement of supplier database in accordance with procurement strategy, searching, evaluating, inclusion of suppliers which are capable to add value to company in its supply chain operations.
- Following up latest trends in the market based on categories.
- Analyze spend data and advise on category specific strategies. - Keep procurement team informed about best practice applications.
- Searching and prequalifying new suppliers for including into approved vendor list. - Coordinating suppliers and technical teams for value creation projects to transfer supplier know how.
- Auditing and evaluating the performance of suppliers. Maintaining approved vendor list.
- Managing relations between company and suppliers. Management of Supplier Master Data in SAP.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Degree and/or qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field;
- Evidence of trainings and certifications in related field;
- Minimum 5-year experience in procurement or sourcing activities;
- Any other specific requirements:
- IT skills;
- Good oral and written skills, interfacing with disciplines;
- Organizational skills; Communication skills;
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Disciplined;
- Connections in the market;
- Advanced level of English language;
