  • Monitoring the registration of all incoming and outgoing documents, document delivery and document circulation;
  • Receive incoming calls and direct them to their destination;
  • To be responsible for the management and booking of the meeting room;
  • Carrying out other relevant tasks of the management;
  • Fulfilling tasks according to procedures and instructions;
  • To carry out other written and verbal tasks given by the managers within the framework of our corporate procedures;
  • Ordering an access card for newly arrived employees;

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher Education Diploma;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Ability to work freely in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Effective verbal communication and listening skills;
  • Able to perform under stressful situations;
  • Effective organizational skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing;
  • Time-Management skills;
