- First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a female Reservation agent who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and responds communications correctly in timely manner.
- A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers who are interested in making reservations or have questions about reservations.
- Providing customers with information about the hotel’s accommodation options, rates and amenities.
- Processing reservations, cancellations and modifications using reservation software.
- Collecting and processing payments from guests.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure that guests’ requests are met.
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the reservation system.
- Handles other daily correspondence.

- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to

- Fluency in the local language – Russian and English language skills are preferable.
- Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills.
