Project Manager for Gastronomy Tourism Management

ATB is looking for Project Manager for Gastronomy Tourism Management sector. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within requirements and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects both in regions of Azerbaijan and international.
Autonomously organizes and implements project activities, prepares reports and coordinates project-related meetings with local/international partners;
Leads a small group within various projects;
Ensures an adequate and communicative communication flow at all times with the entire project team, partners, experts and consultants in regions and foreign countries;
Supports the preparation and review of internal documents and written results;
Participates in project site visits, including providing guidance and mission briefings to team members and relevant industry professionals;
Assists in the planning and implementation of communication campaigns of projects;
Coordinates the organization of local festivals of projects for consumers and producers in the regions.
Autonomously organizes meetings and gatherings of community members in the food production sector;

Knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages;
The ability to formulate tasks, distribute them among team members and monitor the process
5 years of experience in managing international development projects;
Experience in organizing and conducting multifaceted events such as events and campaigns for different audiences;
Experience in preparation, editing and revision of technical documents, reports and budgets;
Having an understanding of the values and international conceptual models of gastronomy tourism
Having ethnographic and tourism knowledge about the regions and local communities of Azerbaijan (mainly in the South and North-West direction)
