We are looking for a
highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) to join
our team. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an advanced understanding of
Paid digital media tools, strategies and will be responsible for managing,
analysing and optimising our global paid digital advertising campaigns,
especially Google and Bing ads.
- Manage all aspects of Paid Ad
campaigns (mainly Google Ads campaigns)
- Create and optimize ad campaigns
and paid search landing pages.
- Research, find and identify the
best targeting keywords and add negative keywords to optimise the campaigns.
- Set up new conversion actions and
track the user behaviour of the conversions for ad optimisation purposes.
- Analyse the conversions and
optimise PPC ad campaigns accordingly to increase return on investment (ROI).
- Manage and optimize display
campaigns across multiple devices.
- Develop PPC strategies based on
the real-time analysis of the ad data.
- Collaborate with a team of
marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers.
- Report the results, plans and
forecasts to the management.
- Proactively monitor the active ad
campaigns every day and make appropriate changes in case it is required.
- Allocate and manage budgets
effectively across campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within
constraints.
- Monitor competitor’s ad strategies
and adjust campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.

⏰Working hours:
- We work 4 days a week from 10
am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
