  • Development and execution of an annual strategic PR, Social Media, and Marketing Communications plan that supports business goals and promotes programming, experiences, and offerings of the Hotel.
  • •    Overseeing hotel’s web and App content in alignment with Hotel’s positioning and business objectives.
  • •    Providing market insights with deep understanding of Hotel’s marketplace including market trends and shifts, ongoing competition’s marketing and social media communications and online activities.
  • •    Teaming up with F&B and Spa teams to develop promotional and marketing activities calendar to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • •    Managing corporate and external agencies relationships, act as brand guardian in providing marketing briefs and brand guideline.
  • Public Relations/Marketing 
  • Assist with planning and implementing related media coverage and promotions.
  • Leverage PR networks to provide media with relevant hotel news, digital assets, and timely pitching opportunities.
  • Conduct media and influencer property tours and develop itineraries as needed.
  • Manage PR/editorial tracking and create monthly recaps.
  • Team up with F&B and Spa along with other relevant divisions and lead PR & Marketing meetings pertinent to promotions.
  • Attend hotel promotional events as needed.
  • Maintain excellent vendor relationships and supervise projects, particularly graphics, printing, tracking ad schedules and others as needed.
  • Perform other tasks or assignments as requested by a member of the management team.
  • Create presentation materials for Sales & Catering teams, marketing and budget presentations, as well as owners’ meetings.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing on annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Create curated content to ensure it amplifies key messages and tells a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons brand identity while managing and monitoring the hotel’s presence on Social Media networks (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and  Twitter).
  • Responsible for guest and community engagement on relevant social media channels.
  • Utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content.
  • Manage online and social reputation for Hotel and its Food & Beverage outlets, manage content and implementation for all (integrated) social media initiatives and web content with Director of Marketing, Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Manage social media analytics, monitoring tools and Hotel results and findings.
  • Contribute regularly to Corporate social media initiatives, and implement local social media partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor the hotel’s presence on all relevant websites, including review sites such as Revinate, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc. in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate and updated according to the Minimum Operating Standards.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer service issues in digital spaces and provide clear social direction to each department at the Hotel, ensuring all conceptual and creative ideas meet objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure leads and potential business opportunities are flagged and followed up on by appropriate individual.
  • Ensure all relevant news is disseminated through these networks with channel-appropriate content.
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with digital influencers on a consistent basis.
  • Prepare monthly Social Media Report.
  • Read industry and social media news and training materials provided by Corporate.
  • Update and maintain property website, app, and external booking engines within the corporate standards, and maintain current image library and video footage to maximize media coverage.   Facilitate media requests, interviews, and photo shoots, and Maintain press clippings and media lists.  Act as web contact for hotel divisions and Corporate Web Team in conjunction with the Director of Marketing.
  • Create and coordinate monthly (and as needed) email blasts to local email lists through our Four Seasons programs with input and support from the Director of Marketing (LMLM).
  • Lead the video and photo shoots at the hotel as well as create new, on-brand photography for social media posts as needed.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in Public Relations and Marketing Communications.
  • Previous experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry is a plus.
  • University degree (Bachelor's minimum). 
  • Excellent Azerbaijani, English and Russian communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality, and a creative mindset.
  • Experience in formulating integrated Public Relations, Social Media, and Marketing Communications strategies and tactical plans.
  • Proven relationships with media, community and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results, and the personality to maximize these contacts.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related monitoring tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritize.
  • The ability to create newsworthy events, develop story ideas and follow through with pitch leads.
  • Pro-active towards fast changing and competitive hospitality environment
  • Strong budget management, business acumen, and negotiating.
