Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and workforce development needs;
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational, departmental, and individual learning requirements;
Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs;
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content for various development initiatives;
Design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs for new employees;
Develop leadership, professional skills, and competency-based development programs;
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning outcomes and program impact;
Collaborate with managers to support the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees;
Participate in the implementation and enhancement of Digital Learning Solutions across the organization;
Support the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other e-learning platforms;
Create and develop online training courses, microlearning modules, video-based learning materials, and interactive learning content;
Organize and coordinate hybrid and virtual learning programs;
Research emerging digital learning trends and recommend innovative learning solutions for implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related area;
Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning program design;
Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
Willingness to travel on business trips when required.
