  • Answer telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages via email in a timely manner.
  • Provide information to callers, greeting persons arriving and announcing visitor arrival to company employee.
  • Provide timely responses to queries or requests from customers, suppliers and public.
  • Provide general administrative support to all levels of professionals.
  • Ensure common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Control movement of documentation to and from suppliers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Scan and register hard and soft copy documents.
  • Distribute of hard and soft copy documents to internal and external requests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain of hard copy file.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education in Administrative/Document Control and/or similar experience (essential).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (essential).
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) (essential).
  • Working knowledge of Glovia (desirable).
