  • Formulate strategy, positions solutions and guides business lines to address opportunities
  • Develop and articulates value proposition for Fixed Networks technologies, products and solutions
  • Provide commercial support to sales teams in developing customer proposals
  • Perform market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and identifies customer needs and market trends
  • Work in close collaboration with MU/Customer Teams to execute customer engagement plan and support the account organization, during this process.
  • Guide the account managers to build business pipeline and support them to gain Fixed Network business related know-how (new solutions, products, services, etc).
  • Push and promote new solutions and associated services into the sales and the customer teams (R&D, Operations, Planning and Procurement Departments), together with Technical sales in the region
  • Develop and maintain customer specific solution roadmap with support of BU Product Line Managers
  • Lead RFx preparation within the RBC team, both for technical (writing SoW, SoC preparation or reviewing SoC answers provided by RBC tendering team, customer specific roadmap preparation) as well as the  commercial (help building BoM/BoQ, local intelligence for pricing tactics) scopes
  • Drive bid management
  • Be Responsible from Fixed Network financial KPI(s) within his/her territory
  • Provide order forecasting during periodic reporting cycles, leads alignment with Customer Experience organization, challenges and pushes to stretch the maximum possible potential to be captured.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Knowledge of Fixed Networks technologies, solutions, and products:
  • Copper access and Fiber access (DSL, vectoring, GPON, point-to-point fiber)
  • IP and Ethernet technologies (bridging, routing, QoS, multicast, …)
  • Nokia Fixed Networks product portfolio
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of market and competitive environment
  • Consultative Sales Approach.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities in a multicultural organization.
  • Problem solving attitude, driving issues to conclusion and solution.
  • Self-learning and well-organized person
  • High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure 
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English is a must.
  • Russian language is a plus
