  • Receive the incoming goods and ensure the administrative tasks linked to these operations.
  • Store the goods according to the warehouse layout strategy.
  • Issue the parts to the production on demand according to warehouse internal procedures.
  • Prepare kit of parts for preventive maintenance tasks according to work instructions.
  • Perform cycle counting inventories.
  • Dispose of the empty packaging in order to keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
  • Respect EHS rules and standard and report any deviations.
  • Drive the necessary lifting devices according to the training received and EHS regulation
  • Manage the car fleet of the warranty team
  • Store and Follow all tools, each kind of tools has to be 100% available.
  • Update on a daily basis the GSI database (SAP)
  • Support logistics activities (inbound and outbound deliveries)

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Education in logistics / or equivalent experience
  • Languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian,
  • Experience in shipping/receiving goods.
  • Experience in working with ERP system (SAP/GSI).
  • Strong knowledge in stock management in industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Excel software is mandatory
  • Forklift driving license is a plus
  • Knowledge of logistic and Supply chain
  • Knowledge of IT tools such as OFFICE
