MARSA LLC is a newly founded company that will establish a state-of-art Television Audience Measurement System in Azerbaijan. Its mission is to provide the Azerbaijani Media Industry with transparent, reliable, accurate and robust rating service. MARSA is being supported by NTRC (National Television and Radio Council) as well as broadcasters, media agencies and advertisers in this initiative.
