  • Creation, launch, and management of the Annual Calendar of trade activities.
  • Ensure the execution is in line with brand strategy.
  • Create and manage the POSM plan with a full cycle of execution: identifying the right POSM types, demand data collection, production, transportation, in-trade placement tracking, and analysis.
  • Execute tailor-made activities with top customers: identify mechanics, set KPIs, participate in negotiations, execution, and post-analysis.
  • Full BTL execution: gift packs, support for local events in line with brand strategy.
  • Support the e-com channel with activities, special promotions, and visuals.
  • Prepare and control the annual budget (monthly, quarterly), including the full cycle of document closure.
  • Collaborate effectively with the local distributor and regional/HQ team to reach objectives.
  • Build productive relationships with key trade partners to increase loyalty towards brands and activities.
  • Identify key trade issues/opportunities for business growth.
  • Perform any other tasks requested by the Management and HQ.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • A higher degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in trade marketing for at least 3+ years (preferable fields: FMCG).
  • Experience in brand marketing or sales will be a plus.
  • Languages: Azerbaijani - Fluent; English, Russian - Upper Intermediate.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Basic knowledge of DPSM (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving, Merchandising).
  • Strong analytical skills accompanied by a data-driven thinking mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach on a day-to-day basis.
