Creation, launch, and management of the Annual Calendar of trade activities.
Ensure the execution is in line with brand strategy.
Create and manage the POSM plan with a full cycle of execution: identifying the right POSM types, demand data collection, production, transportation, in-trade placement tracking, and analysis.
Execute tailor-made activities with top customers: identify mechanics, set KPIs, participate in negotiations, execution, and post-analysis.
Full BTL execution: gift packs, support for local events in line with brand strategy.
Support the e-com channel with activities, special promotions, and visuals.
Prepare and control the annual budget (monthly, quarterly), including the full cycle of document closure.
Collaborate effectively with the local distributor and regional/HQ team to reach objectives.
Build productive relationships with key trade partners to increase loyalty towards brands and activities.
Identify key trade issues/opportunities for business growth.
Perform any other tasks requested by the Management and HQ.

A higher degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven working experience in trade marketing for at least 3+ years (preferable fields: FMCG).
Experience in brand marketing or sales will be a plus.
