Develop and expand IQOS Direct Retail experiences through efficient location, contracting, and store design.
Craft an effective business model and organization structure to manage IQOS Direct Retail partners/vendors, ensuring seamless consumer journeys and increased sales.
Build and implement service scopes, experiential consumer journeys, conversion-driving content, operational systems, manuals, and training in collaboration with relevant functions and business partners.
Develop and manage recruitment processes, capability building, and performance management of IQOS Direct Retail staff to improve LAS conversion into IQOS.
Continuously introduce new experiences and elevate execution to ensure full integration of the OMNI channel consumer journey.
Responsible for managing the direct retail budget and tracking important metrics to ensure program success.
Monitor and forecast LANU acquisition in Direct Retail.
Implement and manage the Coach/freelance stream, conducting training for frontline staff.
Ensure PPOSM availability and maintenance, along with full service provision and consumer treatment resources.

University degree Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, consumer engagement, or brand building.
Advanced proficiency in English
Proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian
Proficient in MS Office applications and Outlook
Strong communication, analytical, command, selling, and presentation skills
Managerial skills
Analytical thinking, patience, endurance
Experienced driver with a B license, clean driver's card, and clean criminal record
