• Warehouse Operations 
• Oversee daily warehouse stock movements and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers for efficient stock handling.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and storage standards.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Utilize 1C and Excel to maintain real-time stock records and generate reports.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Provide regular reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse efficiency.
• Process Improvement & Compliance
• Develop and enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and operational guidelines.

• Team Coordination & Communication
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align stock levels with business needs.
• Train and support warehouse staff on inventory best practices and system usage.
• Communicate effectively in Russian and English with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong proficiency in 1C accounting software and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Strong mathematical skills – Ability to perform accurate calculations, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making for inventory optimization.
• Ability to handle and analyze large databases with precision.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory management best practices.

• The ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian (required) and English (preferred).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.:
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.
• Preferably retail or logistics industry experience. 
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in 1C accounting software.
• Advanced Excel and database management skills.
• Languages: 
• Fluent Russian (Required).
• Good English (Preferred).
