Create and manage marketing campaigns and communication initiatives that support sales and business development efforts
Design and implement multi-channel strategies to boost brand visibility across traditional and digital platforms
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc., and track performance KPIs
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions
Manage public relations, media engagement, and press releases
Foragriculture: create B2B-focused marketing initiatives, product launches, and outreach strategies for farmers and partners
Forgreenhouses: relationship management with major retail chains, negotiation and implementation of display promotions and product placement strategies with retail partners
For thetech company: build value-based marketing content to promote digital solutions and innovation-driven offerings

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, ideally within agriculture and/or technology sectors
Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital communication
Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of brand development, customer acquisition strategies, and engagement tactics
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities; capable of handling multiple brands simultaneously
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
Comfortable managing external agencies, vendors, and creative partners
