Be responsible for sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates within given functions and specialisms and within timescales.
Be creative with candidate attraction and engagement that sources candidates from the Energy/Oil and Gas/Renewables sector, and develop a pipeline for alternative skill sets from other sectors with transferable skills
Source and identify suitable candidates using approved methods and maintaining up to date candidate pipelines
Manage vacancies and candidates through company ATS ensuring all data is up to date and accurate
Assist in developing cost effective and innovative solutions to sourcing of personnel
Undertake management of recruitment activities ensuring a high level of efficiency, competency and productivity is achieved
Attend relevant resourcing meetings and contribute, as required
Provide advice and guidance to managers on best practise
Daily interaction with Hiring Managers to ensure effective delivery of resources
Research and report on market rates for multi-disciplines
Assist, arrange and attend interviews with department representatives, assessing and recording candidate performance as required
Assist with the development of resourcing personnel

Demonstrable in-house or Agency recruitment experience in a similar role
Experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of job roles and departments
Experience of sourcing candidates using various online channels including job boards, social media etc.
