Contribute to the implementation of pricing-related changes, ensuring alignment with set goals to not only deliver cost savings but also increase courier satisfaction within the region.
Support the management of regional courier cost budgets set by the Global Delivery Operations teams, aligning with financial targets and operational quality standards.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies in collaboration with Global Logistics, Product, and Merchant teams to enhance logistics efficiency metrics and overall performance.
Analyze KPIs and performance data to understand key drivers and trends, providing insights to improve results and help devise strategies to meet or exceed regional targets.
Optimize logistics operations by enhancing route planning, reducing travel and service times, and improving overall delivery efficiency.
Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to streamline courier operations, increase efficiency, and improve overall service quality for consumers, merchants, and couriers.

3-4 years hands-on experience working with both operations and data analysis in a role focused on efficiency optimization and performance improvement.
Proven ability to work extensively with data to drive decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Advanced analytical skills are essential, with proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis; experience with Looker, SQL, or other data applications is a strong advantage.
A track record of leveraging data-driven strategies to improve key performance metrics and achieve operational targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage projects, collaborate across global and regional teams, and influence stakeholders effectively.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
