Coordinating of the cased and open hole wireline activity on offshore installations
Supervising operations and allocate tasks to team ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Operating manual.
Supervising, mentoring and coaching direct reports and ensure completion of their Employee Development Plans. Where applicable, ensure that training and competency programs are in place to facilitate the mentoring of subordinates through the competency system (CMP). Conduct competency assessments when required.
Ensuring well site support requirements are planned and executed as required to facilitate continuous operations.
Liaising with clients representatives and participate in meetings and discussions as required to ensure continuous quality of service to client.
Following up on Non-conformance reports from customer (NCR)
Establishing and maintain relationship with customer
Coordinating and monitor delivery process of min/max inventory items
Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes (SQP). Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriate
Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Have solid experience in Wireline Services & Operations (for 5 years)
Demonstrate experience in supervision or coordination within Wireline Services
Have experience working with multiple internal teams to meet customer requirements
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
Have the ability to manage multiple project and deadlines
Have good leadership capabilities and ability to manage and coordinate field personnel
