Act as a strategic finance partner for cross-functional teams
Build and manage flexible financial models for planning, forecasting, and investment analysis
Analyze and explain budget vs. actuals, with clear takeaways and recommendations
Support pricing, unit economics, payback period calculations, and scenario planning
Collaborate with Accounting and Data teams to ensure reporting alignment
Drive reporting process improvements, automation, and insights generation
Prepare presentations for senior management to support decision-making

2–5 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, deal advisory, or consulting
Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills (Excel)
Skilled in creating clear business presentations (PowerPoint)
Understanding of operational KPIs, unit economics, and cost/revenue drivers
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Miro, Notion, ERP systems — a strong plus
Ability to work with large datasets and cross-functional reporting tools
Solid grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis principles
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Certifications such as MBA, CFA, or FMVA are a plus
