- Collaborate closely with physical channel partners to ensure excellence in execution and maintain high levels of consumer experience (CX) during program deployment.
- Work closely with the digital and commercial operations teams to implement necessary programs that improve the consumer journey.
Quality And Quantity Of Acquisition
- Take charge of both the quality and quantity of consumer acquisition, actively monitoring and optimizing the consumer funnel from non-awareness to awareness, and from trial to purchase.
- Collaborate with teams for seamless transitions in the consumer journey, focusing on buying stage to conversion, ensuring smooth handover to customer care.
Feedback Collection And Collaborator Collaboration
- Tasked with gathering valuable feedback from diverse customers to consistently improve and enhance program strategies.
