  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisaor.
  • Project Management: Lead and support consulting engagements from inception to completion. Develop project plans, allocate and manage resources, manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and tailoring existing ones to address client-specific needs and industry trends. Provide actionable recommendations for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants within the team. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team performance and professional growth.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of new growth opportunities.
  • Identification and assessment of areas for development of business processes of budgeting, as well as treasury, investment planning and control.
  • Providing recommendations for process reorganization, organizational alignment and technology improvement, as well as developing a roadmap for change.
  • Development of a performance management system, operational KPIs in accordance with strategic goals.
  • Development of financial and economic models, including automation models.
  • Development of target business processes and comprehensive finance function methodological basis.
  • Providing methodological support for the implementation of IT systems and consulting end users.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Education: Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Math or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Big 4 or 4 years in the industry.
  • Specific Knowledge: Good knowledge of accounting and reporting. Understanding the key essence of economic and financial processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in at least one industry vertical, with a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), including the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders clearly and concisely. Business proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Leadership capabilities to lead project teams effectively, inspire collaboration, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, adapting to changing client needs and priorities.
  • Responsibility: Responsibility for the result, the ability to bring the task to the result independently.
  • Technology Proficiency: Advanced MS-Excel user; Familiarity with the financial module of ERP/CPM systems (Oracle Hyperion, IBM Cognos, SAP BI, BW, BPC, 1C) is an advantage.
  • Candidates with a recognized professional certification such as ACCA, CFA, FMVP, CIMA, DipIFR, CFMP are highly encouraged to apply.
