- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on the performance of banking and insurance strategic assets and the overall industry landscape
- Create ad-hoc reports as required, summarizing key findings and insights for management and stakeholders
- Assist senior colleagues in their day-to-day activities by providing analytical support and necessary information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively
- Communicate research findings and analytical insights to relevant stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
- Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input based on data analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection and reporting methodologies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and reporting
- Work closely with other departments, such as Finance, Risk Management, and Strategy, to support cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to team projects by providing insights and research to enhance overall outcomes
Xüsusi tələblər
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Good knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages, both written and spoken
- Understanding of financial analysis concepts and methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience in the banking or insurance sector, with a focus on data analysis or reporting
- Experience in conducting research and preparing reports or presentations to support business decision-making
