• Manage the seasonal ordering of PPE for all permanent Wood site employees.
• Ensure Timely Submission of Weekly Standby Claim Forms to The Clients Construction PMT Manager
• Arranging and Coordinating Onshore Travel Between Hotels, Wood Warehouse and Baku Seaport
• Arranging Transmittals and Tracking the Delivery and Return of Construction Work Packs and Deliverables Both To and From The Various Offshore Assets
• Contribute to the Development of Construction Plans, and the Various Integrated Schedules
• Arranging Onshore Refresher Training and Transportation for Offshore Staff When and As Required 
• Provide Constructive Logistics Input During the Development of Offshore Activity Plans and Reviews.
• Compliance with Client and Wood Group and BP’s Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality Policies and Procedures.

• Previously held Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Director roles with accountability for capex projects greater than $50M.
• Requires broad and extensive pertinent experience in project management delivery in complex brownfield projects.
• Strong operational experience built, most probably in the energy sector.
• Expert in stakeholder management with experience in managing challenging interfaces and able to coach and mentor others.
• Experience of implementing successful project performance improvement activities and techniques.
• Sound experience in commercial and technical risk management.
• Good understanding of legal documentation and contractual matters.
