  • Time Writing Control
  • Regularly monitor and review time entries submitted by team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in the internal time-tracking system.
  • Completion Reports Preparation
  • Assist in drafting and formatting project completion reports by gathering required data from relevant departments, ensuring the reports are clear, concise, and submitted on time.
  • Chasing Outstanding Invoices from Vendors & Archiving Service Purchase Orders
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain any pending invoices. Ensure that all service-related Purchase Orders (POs) are properly archived and logged in the system for easy tracking and compliance.
  • Creating Overhead Purchase Requests in the System
  • Accurately raise purchase requests for overhead (non-project-specific) needs in the company’s internal procurement system, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Chasing Consumables Costs Near Project Completion
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure all costs related to consumables are accounted for and finalized as project deadlines approach.
  • Maintaining Certificates Module – Monitoring Expiry Dates
  • Keep the internal certification database up to date by tracking certificate expiry dates (e.g., staff certifications, permits) and reminding responsible individuals in advance to renew them.
  • Company orders
  • Support the HR team in preparation of company orders by assisting with drafting, formatting, and reviewing documents as per internal procedures and management instructions.
  • Raising IT Requests
  • Submit IT-related service requests on behalf of team members or as instructed, ensuring issues such as access, equipment, or software needs are addressed promptly.
  • Other Duties as Assigned by Management
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Project Delivery Manager or other supervisors, depending on team priorities and workload. Flexibility and willingness to support are key.


Xüsusi tələblər

  • Language Skills: Azerbaijani (good), English (minimum intermediate)
  • Computer Skills: Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
