• Creating/Updating sales performance related reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) and analyses;
• Providing sales relevant forecast and risk assessments;
• Providing reports for calculation of sales bonuses, calculating sales bonuses;
• Preparing solutions to increase reporting quality, develop new presentation formats and automate overall reporting infrastructure;
• Performing additional, commercial reporting  and analysis related, ad-hoc tasks from the management as will be requested from time to time;
• To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
• To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;

• Higher Education in Economics, Finance, Cybernetics, Applied Math, Statistics, Big Data Analytics/Data Mining;
• 1-2 years’ experience in relevant industry;
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
• Strong knowledge of MS Excell skills(PowerPivot, Macros) and at least one statistical/data mining tool (SQL, Stata, SAS, SPSS, R) 
• Knowledge of Tableau 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills are required, and being a team player essential;
• Customer focus thinking;
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines;
• Must be able to operate independently and effectively communicate IT professionals, and successfully bridge the gap between end-users and technical specialists.
