Ensure compliance to company QHSE procedures, legal and other requirements through continual proactive and reactive monitoring programs.
HSE Leadership: Act as a role model in upholding health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and lead by example
Conduct system / technical audits.
Prepare gap analysis reports.
Conduct internal QHSE audits and prepare to external audits, e.g. international audit, Local Authorities, Client Audits.
Conduct Offshore Audits
Arrange/ lead emergency simulation exercises.
Reporting (daily/ weekly/ monthly) on the progress of implementation of QHSE programmes and initiatives to QHSE Manager.
Work on preparation of Generic and Project specific Risk Assessments and COSHH
Develop and deliver QHSE in-house training programmes as per the training needs identified.
Conduct QHSE site inspections through 'Walk the Talk' tours.
Conduct Safety Meetings / Toolbox Talks and Pre-Project Briefs.
Lead/ participate in incident investigations and register it in the ERS system in a timely manner
Develop and communicate QHSE guidance, campaigns, memos, lessons learned templates and presentations.
Carry out Environmental Monitoring
Maintain QHSE statistics.
Develop and deliver QHSE guidance and awareness sessions.
Co-operate with Clients and Contractors on QHSE matters.
Maintain accurate document control and record keeping.
Contribute to the "New Start", "Visitor" and "Contractor" induction process though delivery of QHSE elements.

At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in oil & gas, construction, or service-related organizations. Site and offshore experience is required
Experience in conducting comprehensive QHSE audits.
Experience in preparing risk assessments and HSE Plans.
Experience working with lifting operations, specifically in marine environments
Continuous Improvement: Lead investigations and follow up on incidents to identify root causes, share lessons learned, and implement mitigation strategies to improve processes
Organization of Safety Events: Plan and conduct safety activities, training, and initiatives to promote a strong safety culture
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure safety measures are understood and implemented effectively
Maintain clear and open communication regarding safety policies, incident reports, and feedback
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is required.
Computer Literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Database knowledge
