Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality and HSE management systems, processes, and procedures in compliance with ISO, OHSAS, and local regulatory requirements;
Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure a continuous improvement model, including developing and updating supporting standards, procedures, and documentation;
Report to top management on the performance of the QHSE management system and suggest areas for improvement;
Develop and implement management system procedures, ensuring their successful execution;
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QHSE management system and propose improvements where necessary;
Conduct Quality-related orientations and training for employees at all levels;
Perform internal audits and participate in external audits conducted by clients or certification bodies;
Register and track all NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) from internal/external audits and client complaints. Ensure timely closure and proper documentation of corrective actions;
Communicate QHSE policies and information across the organization and promote HSE awareness through various channels such as toolbox talks (TBT), inductions, training sessions, discussions, and email correspondence;
Conduct QHSE inspections as per the company's approved inspection program. Follow up on corrective actions and monitor timely closure in coordination with other departments;
Develop, facilitate, and review QHSE risk assessments for both routine and non-routine activities in collaboration with the operations team;
Prepare and present quality reports on a monthly basis. Suggest and implement additional KPIs as part of the continuous improvement process;
Conduct HSE inspections at office and work sites, prepare detailed reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented;
Actively participate in HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management;
Conduct reporting, risk assessments, and audits while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures;
Ensure safe and efficient operations in compliance with local legislation and company QHSE regulations;
Track, assist, and expedite corrective actions for safety and environmental issues until closure;
Fully participate in the risk assessment process and comply with all relevant control measures;
Provide QHSE KPI reports to management on a monthly basis;

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English is required knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Internal Auditor Certificate (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001);
HSE Qualification Certificates such as IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.;
Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
