  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, ADR, and hotel profitability;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and professional clients to drive business activity and achieve sales targets;
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs, corporate events, industry campaigns, and seminars in both local and international markets;
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers; ensure terms and conditions are aligned with business objectives;
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Streamline the lead generation process, enabling the sales team to respond efficiently to business opportunities;
  • Analyze opportunities for growth, including potential acquisitions, and conduct due diligence where necessary;
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and deliver the company’s strategic plan;
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and sales campaigns for targeted markets;
  • Prepare monthly P&L reports and contribute to the annual sales budget planning;
  • Adjust the hotel’s sales approach as needed;
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals;

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education (Master’s degree preferred);
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales market and industry trends;
  • Strategic thinking with decision-making and leadership abilities;
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities;
  • Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams;
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani – both written and spoken;
  • Experience with Opera PMS (Property Management System).
