• Supervise and coordinate all technical operations, maintenance, and repair activities within our facilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical staff and ensure their continuous development
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
• Ensure all equipment and systems operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to support events, service delivery, and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and manage operational budgets and technical inventories
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting related to maintenance and safety compliance
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the service or hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Proven experience in maintenance planning and team supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Azerbaijani or Russian is a plus
