• Design and implement models using Deep Learning and other machine learning algorithms and techniques;
• Develop and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems;
• Research and implement new methods to optimize and scale existing machine learning models and systems;
• Develop and optimize Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models;
• Fine-tune and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Conversational AI systems;

• Higher education; 
• 3+ years of Management Consulting experience within Telco, Banking and Retail industry in Strategy, Digital Strategy, Process Transformation fields;  
• Specific areas of expertise: Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models (ML, DL, LLM);
• Large Language Models (LLM) and their fine-tuning (Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Adaptation); 
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system development and optimization;
• Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) model development and deployment;
• Machine learning and deep learning model integration and optimization for production systems;
• Machine learning algorithm optimization and hyperparameter tuning (Bayesian Optimization, Grid Search, Random Search, etc.);
• Computer Vision (CNN, ViT, OpenCV, YOLO etc.) and working with multimodal models; 
• Strategic analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills;
• Extensive knowledge in data science and machine learning model applications;
• Experience in Large Language Models (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems;
• Expertise in Computer Vision (CV) and multimodal AI models;
• Development and optimization of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) models;
• Expertise in model fine-tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and transfer learning;
• Participation in AI and machine learning research and development projects.
