- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Law. An LLM degree in law. Master's degree in law, business administration, finance, procurement is an advantage;
- 6 years of work experience as a specialist on compliance-related issues, including at least 3 years of experience of the following:
- anti-trust/competition law
- working with licensing and permissions;
- conducting due-diligence;
- monitoring legislation, case law, best practice;
- legal drafting
- Knowledge in Azerbaijani laws on licensing, competition;
- Familiarity with national and international data privacy rules, competition laws, IP and trademarks is an advantage;
- Advanced usage of MS office;
- Strong work ethics;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Internationally recognised certification in anti-trust/competition law, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money-laundering, sanctions compliance is an advantage;
