1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Align financial planning with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management.

2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
  • Ensure financial plans align with operational goals and drive business efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost trends, and profitability assessments.
  • Establish reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights into key business metrics.

4. Cost Control & Profitability Management

  • Lead cost management initiatives to improve margins and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis for production and operations.
  • Ensure optimal pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance profitability.

5. Cash Flow & Capital Management

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
  • Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory levels to maintain strong cash positions.
  • Develop capital allocation strategies, ensuring effective investment in growth initiatives.

6. Financial Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
  • Strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks, fraud, and inefficiencies.
  • Oversee risk management, insurance, and treasury functions to safeguard company assets.

7. Funding & Investment Management

  • Evaluate financing options, including bank loans, credit facilities, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assess and oversee M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and expansion financing.

8. ERP, Financial Systems & Process Optimization

  • Ensure the efficient use of ERP and financial systems to streamline reporting and decision-making.
  • Drive automation and process improvements for enhanced financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement business intelligence tools to provide actionable financial insights.

9. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure alignment between finance, operations, procurement, and commercial teams.
  • Promote financial discipline and accountability across all departments.

10. Business Partnership & Decision Support

  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior executives on financial and strategic matters.
  • Provide financial leadership in major business initiatives, expansions, and cost optimisation projects.
  • Support operational and commercial teams with data-driven insights to improve business performance.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • ACCA, CFA and other professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial operations management in industrial/manufacturing companies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, healthcare industry standards, and best practices.
  • High proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
