Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Lead valuation, financial modeling, and strategic assessment of targets;
- Oversee and coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors;
- Contribute to the drafting and negotiation of commercial terms in transaction documents (e.g. SPA);
- Structure and execute transactions in compliance with internal governance and market standards;
- Manage cross-functional workstreams and ensure timely delivery of transaction milestones;
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking;
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring;
- Experience managing teams;
- International experience is an advantage;
- Familiarity with oil & gas deal environments is preferred;
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani;
- CFA, ACCA, or equivalent credentials are a plus;
