Provide insight on high/low performing menu items for action planning.
Collaborate with F&B leaders to optimize sales mix and promotional opportunities.
Track product pricing changes and liaise with Purchasing for cost negotiations.
Monitor supplier inflation and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Collaborate with Purchasing to drive cost savings initiatives.
Assist with sales price setting and cost-to-price ratio analysis.
Support FOH and BOH in interpreting menu profitability.
Identify and help reduce dead stock items in both F&B and Spa retail.
Full Time Day

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principle
