  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for generator, transformer, and MV/LV product offerings.
  • Identify and approach new B2B clients in construction, energy, and industrial sectors.
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial offers and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project and rental execution.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business development events.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular performance reports.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in energy or industrial sectors.
  • Solid understanding of electrical equipment (generators, transformers, MV/LV products).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.
  • Having a personal car is preferable.
  • Valid driver’s license.
