- A degree in law.
- 3-5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in consulting or auditing.
- Experience in project management and/or team leadership is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess legal documents and situations.
- Knowledge of regulatory acts, legal standards, and principles of independence.
- Experience with document management systems (DMS).
- Excellent communication skills for working with colleagues, and external partners.
- Experience in risk analysis and ensuring compliance with company risk management policies.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Understanding and compliance with internal company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
