Supervise and coordinate the work of Engineering staff, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance personnel;
Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical;
Ensure prompt response to guest room maintenance requests and maintain high guest satisfaction;
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to identify maintenance needs;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire and life safety (FLS) systems, and hotel standards;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory of tools and supplies;
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, services, and equipment procurement;
Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives and green engage programs;

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role;
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and FLS systems;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Ability to lead a team effectively and work under pressure;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Familiarity with PM systems, BMS/GRMS, and energy management systems is an advantage;
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
