Procurement & Logistics engineer

Assist in analyzing material specifications and drawings to understand procurement needs;
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products;
Coordinate and manage transportation of goods to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, collaborating with vendors and freight forwarders;
Develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers to meet procurement goals;
Track shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and INCOTERMS;
Identify cost-effective transportation methods and negotiate with freight forwarders to meet company and client needs;
Help prepare reports and performance reviews on procurement and logistics activities;
Contribute to maintaining smooth business operations and meeting project deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Petroleum Engineering / Science graduate;
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Russian, Turkish, or Azerbaijani is a plus;
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet research;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn;
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
