Project Management & Execution:

- Lead project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage scope changes and assess their impact on cost, schedule, and resources.
- Oversee quality assurance across all project phases.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and lead project close-out and evaluation.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication among internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure contractors and suppliers meet performance, cost, and schedule expectations.
- Provide transparent project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Financial & Resource Management:- Control project budgets and optimize the allocation of resource
- Ensure efficient ulization of personnel equipment, and materials safety
Leadership & Team Development:- Provide direction and mentorship to project teams.
- Align team goals with organizational strategy.
- Lead post-project reviews and promote continuous improvement.
