Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge;
Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning materials, incorporate best practices in adult learning theories and instructional design;
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement, oversee the scheduling and logistics of training programs;
Design training modules and materials;
Monitor and Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improve training programs based on evaluations and changing organizational needs;
Create and implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline., provide coaching and mentoring to develop employees' leadership skills;
Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring effective use of resources;
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI, analyze training data to inform strategic decisions and improve program effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and project management abilities;
Proficiency in training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
