Lead Operational work, coordinate Accounting, tax and payroll support for clients
Manage a team of accountants. Provide comprehensive guidance as an expert
Responsibility for the accounting and payroll services provided in line with service agreements
Supervise timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns and statistical reporting for client companies according to Azerbaijani regulations and according to the Client's requirements
Conduct negotiations with clients to define the scope of services to be provided
Drive superior service delivery to clients, supervising daily communication with them
Maintain and develop relations with existing clients, taking opportunities to expand service offerings
Support Business Development initiatives to promote the company and identify potential clients
Maintain a high level of employee engagement through training and coaching
Ensure operational compliance with internal control system & KPI requirements
Assist Clients during statutory audits & tax inspections

Experience in accounting; payroll experience an advantage
Supervisory experience in Accounting Office would be an advantage
Good working level of spoken English & fluent Azerbaijani.
Excellent knowledge of accounting topics, taxation
Master degree in Finance & Accounting
Hands-on approach to daily activity
Efficient working style balancing client needs and internal processes
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent customer service, Client relations & people management skills
