Lead and manage the process engineering team through all project phases.
Develop process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and process datasheets.
Material and Energy balance Calculation
Conduct design reviews, HAZOPs, and other process safety assessments.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with other disciplines, vendors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor and guide junior process engineers.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a process engineering role, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior position.
Preferable using process simulation software (HYSYS, Aspen Plus).
Familiarity with international design codes and safety standards.
Strong communication and project management skills.
