Wear hair restraint/hat, gloves, apron, jacket and closed-toed shoes while on duty.

Effectively communicate with management, line staff, and other departments. Communicate with the Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by his supervisors and Chef.
The ability to be certified in Food service sanitation.
