  • Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS).
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Administer virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and KVM.
  • Ensure data backup, system updates, and patch management are performed regularly and efficiently.
  • Monitor server performance, security logs, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Automate routine system administration tasks using PowerShell or Bash scripting.
  • Manage server hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of physical servers.
  • Oversee storage solutions, including SAN , NAS and distributed storage environments.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, firmware updates, and resource optimization for Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco or similar server technologies.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for server and network infrastructure (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools).
  • Generate reports and alerts for system performance, health checks, and security incidents.
  • Administer IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including ticketing systems, incident management, problem management, and change management (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or similar).
  • Ensure ITIL best practices are followed for incident and change management.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux distributions, and virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with server hardware (installation, configuration, and maintenance).
  • Knowledge of storage technologies: SAN, NAS, RAID configurations, and distributed file systems.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems: ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or Freshservice.
  • Understanding of KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) for Linux virtualization.
  • Knowledge of Docker for containerized applications.
