Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the company group across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
Create and publish social media content, including posts, images, and videos;
Monitor customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media channels, responding promptly and professionally;
Analyze social media performance, track trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement;
Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, banners, and other digital assets for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and offline marketing materials;
Capture high-quality photos of products, services, events, and employees, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and standards;
Assist in creating, editing, and formatting website content;
Prepare engaging and informative blog posts that align with our brand voice and target audience;
Conduct research on relevant topics to develop new content ideas;
Optimize website and blog content to enhance user experience.

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields);
Experience working with social media platforms;
Interest in digital marketing and content creation;
Solid knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus(e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator);
Photography and video shooting/editing skills;
Creative mindset, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
English language proficiency (intermediate or higher);
Russian language skills are an advantage but not a strict requirement.
