Development and implementation of digital product strategy, conducting market research and analyzing customer requirements and competitor products;
Organization and coordination of product development processes;
Monitoring digital trends and applying innovative approaches;
Conducting a comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
Preparation of functional requirements and definition of specifications for projects;
Discussing identified risks during the optimization of business processes with relevant departments and taking appropriate measures to eliminate them;
Developing a mechanism for obtaining feedback and suggestions on the implementation of optimized or to-be-optimized business processes;
Ensuring the planning, execution, management, and completion of projects.
Participating in the implementation of new and improved business processes in the organization's relevant software systems;
Participating in projects in roles such as business analyst, product owner, or project manager in accordance with the Agile methodology (Project Management approach).
Preparing specifications and determining priorities for new digital solutions;
Preparing and documenting business process diagrams in accordance with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards;
Collaborating with department heads and teams to gather detailed requirements for digitalization initiatives.

Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field;
At least 5 years of proven experience in a relevant field or similar role;
PMP, PMI-ACP and BPM certifications are an advantage;
Experience in digital product management, project management, or related fields;
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills;
Analytical skills and decision-making ability;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other product management methodologies.
Broad understanding of digital technologies and innovations.
Experience with BPMN and ERP, preparation of functional requirements for digital projects and designing workflows.
Advanced MS Office skills,
Work experience with GIS
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage.
