Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, greeting visitors, typing, copying, filing, sorting, and handling mail;
Directorial Assistance: Provide administrative support and guidance to the school Director. Manage the Director's schedule, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing documents and presentations;
Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from staff, students, parents, and other parties. Direct inquiries appropriately and maintain effective communication channels within the school;
Meeting Coordination: Take messages and schedule meetings for the Director, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of appointments;
Special Projects: Format and complete special projects as the Director assigns, contributing to the school's initiatives;
Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties as needed to support the effective operation of the school;

High school diploma and at least one year of related experience in general clerical work;
Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and the public;
Strong teamwork and conflict-resolution skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Friendly and personable demeanor;
Fluent in Azerbaijani;
Fluency in English;
Proficiency in Russian is a plus;
Proficiency in using computer applications, including Google Suite and MS Office;
General knowledge of computer usage and database software;
