Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and specifications;
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing;
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality of software products;
Identify, document, and track bugs/issues using bug tracking tools;
Apply appropriate test design techniques to create comprehensive and effective test cases;
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues reported during testing;
Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues;
Assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments;
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies;
Document testing procedures, results, and findings;
Perform API testing using tools like Postman;
Basic knowledge working with RDBMS databases;
Integrate and configure Cypress or Java Selenium for end-to-end testing.

Minimum 1 year of experience in software quality assurance/testing;
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and techniques;
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test plans and procedures;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;
Willingness to learn and comprehend the database structure to enhance testing efficacy;
Familiarity with test design techniques to create effective test cases;
Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus;
Knowledge of SQL and databases for backend testing is a plus;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
